The Victorian Government VSAP (Victorian Stormwater Action Plan) was set up in 2000 to‘improve the quality of Victoria’s water environments through better environmental management of urban stormwater’. From 2000 – 2006 under EPA Victoria’s management, projects totalling about $50 million were undertaken across the State to improve management of urban stormwater. This report presents a selection of case studies drawn from 273 projects, large and small, funded under VSAP. Together they demonstrate the many possibilities open to urban stormwater managers and the wealth of knowledge now available to councils, agencies and communities.
