The Interview Series brings to life each stormwater champion's experiences, motivations and challenges in gaining support for WSUD within their organisation. Jessica Wingad works at Mornington Peninsula Shire Council as the Water Resource Officer.
Jessica discusses how project experience builds senior management support and leads to an acceptance of WSUD policy. She talks about the important role a coastal council needs to play in protecting waterways. She talks about the vital importance of maintaining internal and external networks and how this keeps her motivation. She is confident her council can achieve significant targets over the next 50 years.
