Session summary
Delivered by industry experts specialising in change and organisational management and IWM, this course will introduce you to the knowledge and skills to help you overcome internal and external barriers and challenges. You will understand the change process and the necessary engagement steps to gain buy-in from all levels to effectively engage and deliver change within your organisation.
This session would be delivered as an initial one or two day training course with the potential to offer a tailored and ongoing coaching service.
