Clearwater and the WaSSH (Water Security through Stormwater Harvesting) Group have organised a series of workshops for organisations that have received funding under the Federal Stormwater Harvesting and Reuse grant. The objective of the workshop series is to create a network of funding recipients who share knowledge and experience and address common issues.

Each session will commence with a guest speaker who will provide guidance on particular aspects of project managing a stormwater harvest and reuse project. Topics will include managing risks, optimising design and reliability, reporting and community engagement. The second half of the workshop will provide an opportunity for focused small group discussion which will feed back into a wider group session. The workshop will conclude with a light lunch.

Guest Speaker for June 17 meeting is Professor Ana Deletic from the Centre for Water Sensitive Cities presenting on Stormwater harvesting guidelines (state and federal), managing water quality risks and the latest research on conceptual models for treatment and harvesting.
