Clearwater and the WaSSH group invite you to the second stormwater workshop for 2012.
Workshop objectives
This workshop series was created for organisations that have received funding under the Federal Stormwater Harvesting and Reuse grant. The objective is to develop a network of funding recipients who share knowledge and experience and address common issues.
Overview
The theme of this workshop will be “Greenhouse Abatements”. An expert presenter will introduce the life cycle analysis of a stormwater harvesting project, outlining the different elements contributing to greenhouse gas emissions. The presenter will then show you how to calculate projected greenhouse gas emissions during the operational phase of the project. The presentation will conclude with a range of available greenhouse gas offset options.
The second part of the session will focus on project reporting and discussions, and will be followed by a networking lunch.
We strongly encourage you to bring / send new representatives from your organisation to each meeting to expand the network and knowledge throughout your organisation.
