This paper formally referred to as "Removal of Escherichia coli in Stormwater biofilters", was presented at the International Conference on Urban Drainage, Porto Alegre Brazil in September 2011.  The paper presents the latest research on the removal performance of stormwater biofilters and identifies the selection of plant species to be important in E.coli removal.
