ArrayCRC Brisbane infill integrated water management strategy

The CRC for Water Sensitive Cities recently published a study investigating the impacts of a water sensitive cities approach to infill development in Brisbane.
The study focuses how the Infill Performance Evaluation Framework, the Scenario Tool and the Benefit: Cost Analysis Tool have been applied to this site.
Findings were that water sensitive approaches to infill development were generally positive, bringing higher potential development yield, improved flood and overland outcomes, reduction in per capita water use for irrigation and positive a benefit-cost ratio.
